I was on my way to the grocery store and as I was walking pass this building there is some guy calling me sexist slurs and it is so upsetting. I wanted to post this so that if anyone sees him to report him and also for safety reasons be more careful when you're around the area.

Context: Starbucks. My TL is African American and I am Asian. Ever since I was hired my TL treats me differently than all the other African American TM (99% of them). First day I worked and messed up a drink/working at the register. He/She always condescends my actions and basically commands me to do better while not training me or anything. Anyways, a new team member is hired and they are AA. He/She encourages the TM and whenever they do the same mess ups as me, he/she always helps them out and it’s kind of annoying. We then get a new Asian TM hire and he/she is back to being condescending. The TL also got a health code violation and forced us to thoroughly clean everything when he/she doesn’t help.

The problem is that if I report her than she will probably know it’s me. Also, she has built a good reputation with HR and the worst thing HR will do is just talk about it, nothing else.

I'm really upset that this happened but my mom (African American) was harassed by a cop. I hate the system and how much policing there is in this county. I would suggest being extra careful because I've seen four cop cars in the same spot for the past 20 minutes.

I witnessed an AAPI elder being harassed by a group of teenagers at this park. It looked like they were taunting her and even threatening her. I wasn't sure how to report this but I am a witness to this situation and if anyone else saw it as well my contact is somerandomperson@gmail.com and let's see how we can make our park a safe and inclusive space for all.
